Please note that Base Camp registration is open only to returning campers through January 30, 2026.

This summer, we are so excited to launch our new Base Camp! During these themed camp sessions, your child will make memories, forge lasting friendships, and build confidence. Join us for one session or come for all five – either way, this is going to be one unforgettable summer!

Over three two-week sessions, campers at Base Camp Q will dive into daily swim sessions, unleash their creativity with arts and crafts, compete in sports tournaments, and enjoy weekly themes and dress-up days complete with field trips every week.

Plus, don’t miss our two one-week camps in August! Base Camp Adventure is all about teamwork, problem-solving, and outdoor challenges – complete with obstacle courses and a field trip to a local ropes course. During Base Camp Quest, campers will tackle puzzles, engineer their own inventions, and bring their ideas to life.

Base Camp runs from 8:30 AM–4:00 PM, with extended care available for an additional fee until 5:30 PM.

Leap into the magic of musical theater this summer. Young artists in grades 2–9 will spend the day singing, dancing, acting, and learning the history of musical theater in America. Each session will culminate with a performance for families and friends.

Musical Theater Camp runs from 9:00 AM–3:00 PM with performances for friends and family on the final day of camp on the Theater J stage! Extended care is available for an additional fee until 5:30 PM.

Gesher Week of Service

Gesher Week of Service is a weeklong interfaith service-learning experience that brings together 7th-10th grade students from the Edlavitch DC Jewish Community Center and Foundry United Methodist Church to build meaningful relationships while making a tangible impact in the community. Through hands-on volunteer projects with local nonprofit partners, participants engage in acts of service rooted in our communities’ shared values of compassion, social justice, and communal responsibility.

This week of service is a great opportunity for teens who love volunteering while also building connections with peers of differing backgrounds. All participants will leave camp with 25 SSL hours, the minimum DCPS requires their students to earn per year to stay on track to earn 100 hours before graduation. Gesher Week of Service participants must bring their own lunch, snack, and water.
