Our spaces can accommodate anything from small intimate receptions to large events. The 1926 historic five-story, 60,000 square foot facility is fully wheelchair accessible and open to all.

Cafritz Hall

The new 140 capacity venue features DCP projection, 7.1 sound and Dolby servers.

Non-Profit: $800 / 3 hours
Standard: $1,000 / 3 hours, $350 additional hour

Rental includes basic mic and speakers, additional sound tech is required for any projection, use of movie screen, or theater speakers.

476 sqft, glass sliding doors open onto main lobby, included lounge furniture and tables or setup fee for flexible tables and seating.

Non-Profit: $800 / 3 hours
Standard: $1,000 / 3 hours, $350 additional hour

Includes basic tables and chairs, ceiling mounted LCD projector, pull down screen, basic mic and speakers, adjacent prep kitchen included for meal service as available. Additional sound tech is required for any complex A/V setups.

Stage available forward of the current theater set (curtain can be drawn to cover sets), additional sound tech is required for any use of speakers, mics, and lighting beyond overhead lights.

$7,500 / week

Price includes use of in-house lighting and audio equipment. Does not include production and technician labor.
