Interest Clusters
Join a community that gets you! EntryPointDC Interest Clusters are casual, peer-led groups where you can explore your favorite activities with others who love them too.

Join Interest Clusters – find your people and dive into what you love!
Interest Clusters are peer-led groups for those in their 20s, 30s, and 40s built around shared interests and activities that gather monthly around the DMV. Whether you’re into books or bouldering, swing dance or pottery, mysticism or mahjohg – or anything in between – there’s a cluster for you. Each Cluster is led by a group coordinator and receives funding and support from the EDCJCC.
Registration for each Interest Cluster is $18. Some groups may have additional participation costs; check the registration page for more information.
If this registration cost is prohibitive to your participation, please reach out to Sarah at sfredrick@edcjcc.org.
Summer/Winter 2026 Clusters
Registration for the next session of Interest Clusters will open in late May. To get updates when registration opens, sign up for the EntryPointDC newsletter here.
Frequently Asked Questions
Registration for the July-December 2026 Interest Cluster season will open in late May. Once registration opens, you’ll be able to see all available group options on this webpage and sign up. If this is your first time registering for a JCC program, you’ll need to make an account with EDCJCC before you’re able to register.
Once you’ve registered, you’ll get an email from your group coordinator welcoming you and sharing next steps.
Each Interest Cluster registration page will list days, times, and locations of group meetings. After registration, Interest Cluster coordinators will reach out to the group with more specific details for each gathering.
We encourage you to join each cluster gathering because that’s how relationships and communities get built. We know sometimes conflicts happen, so if you’re not able to attend please reach out to your group coordinator to let them know in advance.
We’d love to hear your idea! While we’re not currently accepting any new cluster ideas for our July-December 2026 season, we’d be happy to keep your idea in mind for our next season. Reach out to Sarah, our EntryPoint Ambassador, at sfredrick@edcjcc.org to set up a conversation.
We’re happy to answer them! Please reach out to Sarah. Our EntryPoint Ambassador, at sfredrick@edcjcc.org.
