The EDCJCC’s trained and certified group fitness instructors provide a social, supportive, and motivational atmosphere.
Pre-reservation is strongly encouraged to ensure your space in class and that you receive any updates about class schedules. Walk-ins will be allowed as space permits. All classes are subject to cancellation due to low participation numbers and are subject to change in class format, instructor, and class time as needed.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Mondays and Wednesdays, September 18-October 25
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu will challenge and develop students mentally and physically. Protocols and dojo etiquette will be introduced and strictly enforced to ensure a safe, healthy, comfortable, and fun training environment for everyone. Students will learn the fundamentals of BJJ which consists of self-defense techniques, takedowns (wrestling and judo), and ground techniques (positions, sweeps, and submissions). There will be realistic simulations, drilling, positional specific training with resistance, and live sparring.
