Live Classes

Strength and Stretch with Devonne & Ruth
Mondays – Thursdays, 9:30 – 10:30 AM
This workout will combine strengthening and flexibility exercises and is perfect for those with physical limitations or members looking for a lower intensity workout. No equipment required! These classes are free, but registration is required in order to receive the Zoom link:

Fridays, 1:00 PM

Hatha Yoga with Beth
Fridays, 7:45 – 8:45 AM
A relaxing yoga class focusing on various areas including simple breathing exercises and seated meditation. This class is free, but registration is required to receive the Zoom class link.

Fitness Center Chair Yoga with Mayu
Fridays, 2:00 – 3:00 PM
60 minutes of yoga, primarily on a chair, for flexibility and strength. This class is suitable for anyone who works from home or has limited range of motion. Free for Fitness members, but please register in advance in order to receive the Zoom class link.

Yoga with Mayu
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays
