Join the EDCJCC at the Latin American Youth Center’s Drop-In Center garden. Started by the JCC in 2020, we have been helping youth served by the LAYC Drop-In Center grow veggies, herbs, and flowers. No prior gardening experience is necessary!

Join the EDCJCC at the Latin American Youth Center (LAYC)'s Drop-In Center garden! Started by the JCC in 2020, we have been helping youth served by the LAYC Drop-In Center grow veggies, herbs, and flowers. LAYC serves youth experiencing homelessness and those who are undocumented. The garden provides both a respite area as well as an opportunity for life-skills training.

No prior gardening experience is necessary! You can come once, twice, or every month. Please note that this opportunity is for volunteers 12+. Questions? Reach out to Sonya at sweisburd@edcjcc.org.
