Join JFamily for an art experience at the Phillips Collection! Guided by a professional art educator, we'll explore African Modernism in America, 1947-67, through fun, hands-on activities. Families will spend the morning in the Phillips workshop to make art inspired by the exhibition. Following the workshop, families are invited to explore the museum. The Phillips Collection, founded in 1921, is America’s first museum of modern art. In collaboration with JFamily, a program by the Edlavitch DCJCC, which provides inclusive Jewish family experiences for families with children under 6 years old.
