About the Workshop Leader: A mother of two, Rose Whelan understands how critical it is for parents to have a plan in place for their children's care in case of an unexpected event. She founded Whelan Law PLLC to address this need. Prior to founding Whelan Law PLLC, Rose worked at a large international law firm where she developed her passion for providing exceptional client service and the dedication to excellence that she brings to her estate planning practice today. Rose received an LLM (advanced law degree) in Estate Planning and Elder Law from Western New England University and received her JD from Boston College Law School. Rose is licensed to practice in Washington, DC and Massachusetts.
