FitLab @ the J is a small group training program designed to provide a more personalized fitness experience in a supportive, high-energy environment. Each session combines strength training, cardio, and expert coaching, allowing participants to build proper technique, improve overall fitness, and stay accountable to their goals.
With a smaller group format, FitLab bridges the gap between traditional group exercise and one-on-one personal training, offering individualized attention while maintaining the motivation and community of a group setting.
Space is limited to ensure quality instruction and a more customized experience.
Cost: $160 for 8-week session Dates: Fridays, July 10–August 28

Participation in FitLab @ the J is subject to the following guidelines to ensure a positive experience for all participants:
Registration & Payment: Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your spot. Due to the limited size of the program, space is secured only upon payment.
Attendance: FitLab is structured as a multi-week program, and participants are encouraged to attend consistently to get the most out of the experience. Missed sessions are not eligible for make-ups, credits, or refunds.
Non-Transferability: Registrations are non-transferable and may not be shared with another participant.
Conduct & Participation: Participants are expected to follow all EDCJCC policies and staff guidance. The EDCJCC reserves the right to remove any participant for inappropriate behavior or failure to follow program guidelines.
Health & Safety: Participation is voluntary. Participants are encouraged to consult with a physician prior to beginning any new exercise program and to communicate any injuries or limitations to the trainer.
Liability: Participants are responsible for maintaining their own health insurance. The EDCJCC is not responsible for injuries sustained during participation.
The EDCJCC reserves the right to make adjustments to the program schedule or policies as needed.
