At the first of our College Road Map series, the Youth Action Institute will take teens on a special tour of American University so they can learn all about college life. Free to attend, but space is limited so register early!

Are you a high schooler thinking about college? Do you have no idea where to start? Don't worry – the College Road Map series is here to help! Over the course of the summer, we will bring in college professionals to talk to us and arrange group tours for our teens of local DC universities. Whether you are a freshman who hasn't started thinking about college, a senior who has already started filling out the Common App, or somewhere in between, this series is a great way to gain a better understanding of the collegiate world.

Join our first event of the summer as we go on a tour of American University. This tour, specially arranged for our group, will bring teens around the AU campus and answer any and all questions about college life. Even if you don't think you're interested in attending AU, this tour is a great way to start figuring out what you do and do not like about a college. Please note that this tour is open only to current high school students, including those entering high school this fall; parents/guardians are invited to attend other events in our College Road Map series later this summer.

This group tour is free to attend, but space is limited and registration is required. If you have any questions, please reach out to Lyssa at ajellenik@edcjcc.org.
