JFamily kids and their parents are invited to immerse themselves in a sensory adventure to explore the rich tapestry of sights, sounds, flavors, and different people from Israeli society that make the Machane Yehuda market a true gem of Israel.

The Machane Yehuda Market (shouk) is the vibrant heart of Jerusalem, bringing people together from all over Israel and the world. Join Maya Ezra, a shaliach (emissary) with The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington who was born and raised in Jerusalem, on a journey of one of Israel’s most unique blends of cultures. JFamily kids and their parents are invited to immerse themselves in a sensory adventure to explore the rich tapestry of sights, sounds, flavors, and different people from Israeli society that make this market a true gem of the city and Israel.
