Group Exercise Class Reservations
The EDCJCC’s trained and certified group fitness instructors provide a social, supportive and motivational atmosphere, no matter your fitness level or experience. Class focuses range from cardiovascular to strength training to mind & body.
Please note that the classes listed below reflect current in-person and virtual offerings. We will continue to expand the class schedule and look forward to returning to our 30+ weekly classes this fall.
All visits to the EDCJCC Fitness Center require appointments that must be made at least 30 minutes in advance of visit. All visitors must show proof of vaccination, have their temperature taken at the door, and wear a mask for the duration of their visit. For more information on these policies, please click here.
Our new reservation system, MindBody Online, is now live! Current members will be required to create a new password the first time they book a class. Select a time below to register and follow the prompts to setup your new password, or use the registration link below. Be sure to select “need new password” the first time you login, and to use the email address on file with the Member Services office.
