This class is designed for people who want to build strength in everyday movement using dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises. This supportive, encouraging environment a lows you to progress at your own pace— no prior experience needed. Get ready to feel stronger and more energized in your daily life!
This class is open to all in the community, regardless of Fitness Center membership. All participants, including members, must purchase a class package and reserve their spot via the My J app.
