While the kids play together, adults will participate in a giant challah bake with the Challah Back Girls, enjoy a workout session, or just hang out with other adults. We’ll end the afternoon and close out Shabbat all together with a pizza dinner and Havdalah.
Looking for something to do on a Saturday afternoon that the kids will love and you’ll enjoy yourself? Day at the J gives the kids an afternoon of play and the adults a few hours to enjoy all the JCC has to offer before coming together for dinner and Havdalah to close out Shabbat.
While the kids are playing, the Challah Back Girls join us for a giant challah bake! You’ll get to braid your own challot to take home and bake or freeze for later, all while connecting with community along the way. As always, there will also be time to play games, enjoy drinks, work out at the gym, or just hang out with other adults.
