On View: Humans of Israel – 7th of October

Now Exhibiting at the Edlavitch DCJCC, Humans of Israel – 7th of October is the creation of photojournalist Erez Kaganovitz. Based on the popular photoblog and book series, Humans of New York, Humans of Israel is an ongoing collection of portraits and interviews, capturing the stories of the Israelis, reflecting their diversity and vitality.

The latest exhibition focuses on the incredible spirit and resilience of the Israeli people in the aftermath of the October 7th attacks.

Erez Kaganovitz, native Tel Avivi, and TEDx speaker, Erez Kaganovitz is the human behind the Humans of Tel Aviv, Humans of Israel, and Humans of the Holocaust projects. Through his work, Erez has helped bridge a cultural gap in society both within and outside of Israel. His compelling work brings understanding, emotional connection, and unity to many around the world.

Photographs are on view on the 1st and 2nd floors of the Edlavitch DCJCC.
