Dave began his security career as a co-op student at Bowie State University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice. He spent 25 years with the U.S. Marshal Service, a bureau of the Department of Justice, rising to the level of Senior Supervisory Deputy U.S. Marshal.

After retiring from the U.S. Marshal Service, he managed large, federal government security contracts for various agencies, such as, the National Institutes of Health, TSA, Department of Transportation HQ, Center for Naval Analysis and many more. He was also a substitute elementary school teacher!

Dave raised a lovely daughter as a single dad, loves to travel and learn about other cultures and enjoys Asian cuisine. He is also an avid health, wellness and fitness enthusiast with a passion for Bikram Yoga.
