Craig S Mintz, MBA, joined the EDCJCC in January 2018. Craig has 25+ years combined experience in the areas of finance, IT, operations and leadership within a variety of industries and organizations. Craig has held senior financial leadership roles with two Fortune 500 companies, along with several non-profits. Craig is currently responsible for leading all financial activities, developing prudent fiscal policies and procedures, managing the agency’s endowment, debt financing, and leading all strategic IT, finance, risk management, and HR items. Craig plays a vital role in numerous Board Committees and is the lead staff person for Finance, Audit, Investment, CRM, and Personnel.
