Courtney works closely with key managers in the implementation, strategy, execution and management of the Salesforce CRM for the JCC. Courtney brings a depth of experience as a Salesforce Certified Administrator, leading projects at organizations such as Xerox, Western Union Business Solutions, Georgetown University and, most recently Regent Education, a leading provider of collegiate financial aid software. Prior, Courtney operated her own business for 5 years providing technical assistance and project management in Salesforce frameworks. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, from the University of Southern California.

Courtney likes to explore small towns in the DMV on the weekends with her husband.
