Membership Cancellation

Please note that membership cancellation requires 30 days’ notice. Your notice date is the date you complete this form. If your membership is currently suspended, your notice date will be the day following the end of the suspension period.

We’re sorry to see you go! We would like to learn more about your experience at the EDCJCC and better understand your decision to leave, what we are doing well, and what we could do better.

EDCJCC member IDs must be returned to the reception desk after your final visit to the center, or by the end of your cancellation notice period. If you have any questions, please reach out to our membership staff.
