Join the YAI to celebrate the start of a new year of service! We’ll enjoy ice cream and video games, hang out with friends, and work on a drop-in service project to start earning SSL hours in a fun way.

Get excited because it’s time for the Youth Action Institute’s Third Annual Kick-Off Event!

Celebrate the start of a new year of service with a build-your-own-sundae bar, video games, and a drop-in service project. Bring all of your friends and start the year off earning your SSL hours in a fun way. Kosher and non-Kosher snacks will be served.

This year, we will be sorting through book donations for Housing Up and Reading is Fundamental. Volunteers will sort books by reading level and weeding out donations that are not in dignity condition to ensure that both of these organizations are receiving the best donations possible.

This event is open to teens ages 11-18, as well as their families. Free to attend, but advance RSVP is required so we know how many to expect.
