Adults (18+)

Date : Sunday, Feb 08

Time : 11:00 am - 1:00 pm
Location : Edlavitch DCJCC
1529 Sixteenth Street, NW, Washington, DC

Join JUFJ for a workshop to learn about DC Home Rule, how to use our power to defend our communities, and how we can protect ourselves and each other through community action, mutual aid, and more.

How do we make change on a local level when the federal government infringes on our local autonomy? How do we protect our neighbors and ourselves? How do we make DC a better place to live for everyone? Together.

Join JUFJ to crack the code of community organizing, the path to a DC where we all thrive. In this workshop, we’ll learn about DC Home Rule, how to use our power to defend our communities, and how we can protect ourselves and each other through community action, mutual aid, and more.

Join us for bagels at 11:00 AM. Programming will start promptly at 11:30 AM.

The EDCJCC and JUFJ do not endorse or oppose political candidates. These workshops are nonpartisan and will focus on our community and the Jewish value to create justice and repair the world.
