A support group for postpartum moms looking to connect with one another and discuss their experiences in the early postpartum months.

A support group for postpartum moms looking to connect with one another and discuss their experiences in the early postpartum months. Facilitated by a licensed clinical psychologist and guided primarily by the needs and interests of the group, general topics will include motherhood identity shifting, building your village and asking for help, adjusting to being out-and-about with your baby, recognizing postpartum mood disorders, and preparing for returning to work. Babies are welcome and encouraged to join!

This class will meet on Monday mornings, September 9–October 7, 2024.
