A support group for postpartum moms looking to connect with one another and discuss their experiences in the early postpartum months.
This is a support group for postpartum moms looking to connect with one another and discuss their experiences in the early postpartum months. Facilitated by Emily Danon. PsyD., a licensed clinical psychologist, and guided primarily by the needs and interests of the group, general topics will include motherhood identity shifting, building your village and asking for help, adjusting to being out and about with your baby, recognizing postpartum mood disorders, and preparing for returning to work. Babies are welcome and encouraged to join!
This group will meet on Monday mornings, January 26–February 23, 2026.
While there will be discussion of the biological pregnancy, birthing, and postpartum experience, we welcome moms who have built their families through adoption or gestational surrogacy. And while the group is generally geared towards first-time moms, we welcome veteran parents as well. LGBTQ and straight, Jewish and non-Jewish – our programs are open to all!
