Join the Youth Action Institute in a new service project supporting Martha’s Table. Teens will help make sunbutter sandwiches to be distributed through McKenna’s Wagon, Martha’s Table’s nightly meal distribution program. McKenna’s Wagon delivers fresh meals every day of the year to neighbors navigating food or housing challenges. This important work depends on the dedication of volunteers who help prepare and package food for distribution. By making sandwiches together, we will help ensure community members visiting McKenna’s Wagon receive a reliable and nourishing meal.

This project is open to teens ages 11–18 and is eligible for 1.5 SSL hours.

Free to attend, but space is limited and advance RSVP is required.
