Spend your morning supporting survivors of natural disasters, asylum seekers, and first responders served by SAMU First Response. Volunteers will make over 250 instant oatmeal kits, a perfect grab-and-go meal for residents of the SAMU migrant respite center. This project is eligible for 2 SSL hours.
Spend your morning supporting survivors of natural disasters, asylum seekers, and first responders. SAMU First Response is an international humanitarian nonprofit 501(c)(3), that draws from over 40 years of experience. Their programming provides much needed food, medical attention, clothing, hygienic care, emergency respite and travel support to their clientele. Volunteers will make over 250 instant oatmeal kits, a perfect grab-and-go meal for residents of the SAMU migrant respite center.
Teens ages 11-18 are welcome to join us for this project. Teens who participate will receive 2 SSL hours.
