Join a free pop-up strength training class for seniors. Fitness and strength training is one of the most effective things seniors can do to stay active and independent throughout their golden years.
Seniors who are not engaging in regular strength training are missing out on one of the most effective things they can do to stay active and independent throughout their golden years. Strength training can keep age-related muscle loss at bay, keep bones and joints strong, prevent falls, combat depression, and help prevent cognitive decline.
