Join the EDCJCC to learn how to teach swim lessons and improve your swim strokes. Completion of this class provides a Red Cross Water Safety Instructor Certification.

This course will train individuals on how to teach swim lessons and will improve the strokes of all participants. Completion of this class provides a Red Cross Water Safety Instructor Certification.

This class is open to participants ages 16 and up. Participants must be able to swim 15 yards butterfly and 25 yards freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, elementary backstroke, and sidestroke. These strokes will be assessed on the first day of class. Please note that refunds will not be provided to those who enroll but cannot complete the requirements.

This class will be held Monday-Thursday, 5:00-9:00 PM, November 3-6 and November 10-13. Attendance is required for all eight days of classes. Register by Monday, October 28 at 5:00 PM.
