Join EDCJCC Health and Fitness Director Dena Katz for a prenatal group fitness class! Twice a week we’ll meet for low-impact cardio or strength training. No matter how far along you are, these classes will leave you feeling amazing! Safe for women in their 1st-3rd trimester or postpartum.
Schedule: Mondays from 5:30-6:10 PM and Tuesdays from 8:15-9:00 AM. Please note that the classes are at different times each day. October 7–November 12, 2024.
Monday low-impact cardio classes includes a warmup, pregnancy cardio, and pregnancy stretches. No matter how far along you are, these classes will leave you feeling amazing! (1st Trimester, 2nd Trimester, 3rd Trimester + Postpartum Safe). Tuesday strength training classes will use stability balls, resistance bands, and light weights to effectively improve overall body strength, core stability, posture, balance, coordination, and body awareness.
