Join our prenatal group fitness class! Once a week we’ll meet for low-impact cardio or strength training. No matter how far along you are, these classes will leave you feeling amazing!

Join EDCJCC Health and Fitness Director Dena Katz for a prenatal group fitness class! Each class will include a warmup, pregnancy cardio and strength, and cooldown/stretching. No matter how far along you are, these classes will leave you feeling amazing! Safe for women in their 1st-3rd trimester or postpartum.

This class will be held on Tuesday mornings, 8:15–9:00 AM, October 21–November 25. If the cost of the class is prohibitive or if you have any additional questions, please reach out Dena at dkatz@edcjcc.org.
