Join us for coffee, the company of other new parents, and a relaxed conversation about (and demonstration of!) infant massage techniques. Babies and expecting parents warmly welcomed!

Join us for coffee, the company of other new parents and babies, and a relaxed conversation about (and demonstration of!) infant massage techniques. Jennifer Graham, LMT, CIMT, CPMT, will discuss how infant massage can promote relaxation, enhance bonding and attachment, reduce discomfort from gassiness, and lead to longer and deeper sleep for baby (and parents!). She will also demonstrate some massage strokes that you can use with your baby at home.

New Parent Coffees are open to any new parents and their babies or anyone expecting the arrival of a baby, whether biological, adoptive, through a gestational carrier, or any other pathway. LGBTQ and straight, Jewish and non-Jewish – all are warmly welcomed.
