Big questions deserve bold expression. In this hands-on, four-part art workshop, we’ll explore personal growth, release, and renewal through a Jewish lens. As the New Year approaches, use creativity as your tool for reflection. No art skills needed. Just curiosity, a bit of courage, and a willingness to try.
How have you grown this year? What do you want to let go of? What do you hope for in the next year? Prepare for the Jewish New Year with this hands-on art workshop designed for personal reflection and renewal. In this four-part Rosh Hashanah workshop, you’ll use creative expression and Jewish tradition to explore themes of growth, letting go, and fresh beginnings. No prior art experience needed—just curiosity and openness. This community workshop invites you to connect with others through meaningful art and reflection as you prepare for the year ahead. We’re building a cohort, so while we hope you’ll come to all four sessions, drop-ins are still welcome if that’s what works for you.
Registration is $75 for the full series, and we will meet from 7:00 PM-8:30 PM on the following dates: Tuesdays, August 26, September 2, September 9; Wednesday, September 17.
Open to adults ages 18+ from any Jewish background and any level of art experience. If you’ve got questions, or if cost is a barrier, please reach out to Rabbi Atara at acohen@edcjcc.org.
