It's the best time of the year – cozy sweaters, warm drinks, delicious food, and celebrating the Festival of Lights! Join other Jews of Color and their families to celebrate Chanukah with latkes, dreidels, and lighting the 8th candle. Together with Rabbi Kelly from Ammud, the Jews of Color Torah Academy, we will learn about the story of Chanukah, do crafts, and have mulled wine as well as separate tables for adults to hang out. Please note this holiday celebration is specifically curated for community members who identify as Jews of Color and for their families. If you do not identify as being part of this community, we invite you to attend a different Chanukah event happening at the EDCJCC instead.
