Feeding your family is not an easy task, especially if you have a picky eater in the mix. In this workshop, registered pediatric dietitian Brittany Shapiro of Capital Pediatric Nutrition will provide guidance on achieving stress-free family meals! You will leave the workshop with concrete ideas and strategies on how to meet your child’s nutrition needs. Bring your questions and specific scenarios! Intended for parents of children ages 1-6, but all are welcome.
