WHAT: Come out to the Edlavitch DCJCC for our annual signature volunteer event – Everything But The Turkey – with EntryPointDC, the 20s and 30s program of the EDCJCC, and the Next Gen division of the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington. Volunteers will prepare Thanksgiving-themed side dishes for those experiencing hunger and homelessness in our region – we’ll make Everything But The Turkey! Our program partners at DC Central Kitchen then add turkeys and distribute the meals to partner agencies including homeless shelters, schools, and more. Before our program we will have optional mingling time with coffee and pastries. After our program we invite you to join us to hang for more Sunday Funday mingling at The Admiral.

12:30 PM: Volunteer project
2:00 PM: After party at The Admiral – optional, no registration required

WHERE: The volunteer project will take place inside the Edlavitch DCJCC.

REGISTRATION: Please note that we request a tax-deductible donation of $18 per person to cover the costs of this program in order to ensure that we are able to purchase high-quality ingredients. Please contact us if this poses a barrier to participation.
