Cardio Sculpt

A full body workout involving high intensity cardio and interval training using jump ropes, weights and exercise bands. Bring your workout to the next level! Class ends with 10 minute abs and stretching. Class may meet outdoors in warm weather.

Gentle Yoga
Dec 12 @ 2:15 pm – 3:30 pm

A restful, calming class including breathing, gentle flowing movements, passive and supported poses. This is a perfect beginning yoga class that is also appropriate for those working with injury, limited mobility, or who prefer a softer, gentler approach to yoga.

Zumba
Dec 12 @ 6:15 pm – 7:15 pm

Groove to Latin and International beats in this fun dance aerobics class. Guaranteed fun and all levels are welcome.

Parent Night Out: Barre and Bar with JFamily
Dec 12 @ 7:30 pm – 10:00 pm

You’re invited to join JFamily for a parent night out! We’ll start with a special class at barre3 14th Street and end for drinks at The Smith. We have reserved several spaces in a class on Thursday, December 12th at 7:30pm. There is limited availability in this class, so sign up early to get your sweat (and mindfulness) on. Then we’ll head to The Smith for merriment from 8:30 until the bar closes at 10p, we can still shut a place down…on a weeknight! Can’t make it to barre? Feel free to just join us at the bar. If you’re attending barre3, tickets are required and cover part of the cost of the class, the rest is covered by JFamily. Each parent pays their own tab at The Smith.

What is barre3?

Barre3 is a 60-minute workout incorporating strength training, cardio and mindfulness. The class is designed to balance the body and leave you feeling energized happy and strong. Your instructor will also offer several adaptations of the postures so that the workout is truly accessible to anyone, including those with injuries, pre- or post-natal, and any shape, size, age, gender.

Vinyasa Flow

Stretch & Strength

Stretch and Strength class was created to help people move through daily life with more energy, less pain, greater ease, and better focus by using techniques that release excess tension while strengthening postures that hold a body in balance. This work corrects pain-causing habits, such as slouching and pain-adaptation, aids recovery from injury, and sharpens recreational and work performance.

Cost: $50 for unlimited classes monthly (You would be able to attend any or all three classes weekly) or $8.00 drop in fee per class.
