Balance, Stretch, and Strength is a 4-week class that focuses on safe and accessible way to improve overall fitness. The class includes seated and standing stretches and exercises, with an emphasis on stability and flexibility to help reduce the risk of falls, increase confidence in movement and endurance, and improve the bending and reaching that daily activities involve.
