This adult beginner class will introduce basic aquatic skills and teach the skills and concepts needed to stay safe around water. Specific goals include managing breath control; mastering floating, and more. The class size will be kept small and no prior experience is needed!
This beginner class open to all adults ages 18 and up will introduce basic aquatic skills and teach the skills and concepts needed to stay safe around water. Class will be held in the shallow end of the pool. Specific goals of this class include: managing breath control; mastering floating or sculling; and swimming 3x body length in distance on both front and back. Capacity is capped at 5 participants and no prerequisites are required.
Classes will be held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 7:00-7:30 PM, October 7–30.
