What do we need to change in our diets and exercise routines to reduce inflammation and other symptoms related to peri/menopause symptoms? How do we build exercise routines and forms of movement that benefit our muscles and bone density but don’t put us at increased risk for injury? During peri/menopause we know that our bodies have specific nutritional needs and physical movement requirements but it is often difficult to sort through the information.
