This 8-week class, open to those of every age and ability, utilizes exercises from contemporary dance, yoga, Pilates, and functional fitness training to find joy, build strength, and increase integrated movement. Expect to sweat, laugh, and leave class feeling alive and strong.
This class utilizes exercises from contemporary dance training, yoga, Pilates, and functional fitness training modalities to find joy, build strength and mobility, and increase integrated movement all while sweating and dancing with an eye on anatomical integrity. You’ll find yourselves dancing, sweating, and becoming stronger and more available in your movement.
This class meets on Sunday afternoons, April 5-May 31 for one hour, and is open to movers of every age and ability. No previous experience needed. Expect to sweat, laugh, and leave class feeling alive and strong.
