Join us this Wellness Wednesday for a special Chair-Based Balance Training Class designed specifically for seniors. Whether you’re just starting out or want to stay steady on your feet, this gentle, effective session will help you feel stronger and more stable in everyday life. All exercises are done seated or standing with chair support – no floor work required!
