Pat has a wide variety of Human Resources experience, including roles with several staffing agencies (KForce, CACI), Paul Hastings LLC, and Hilton Hotels. His most recent position was as HR Business Partner with Oceana, a nonprofit with a national and international presence focused on saving the world’s oceans.

Pat is a graduate of George Mason University with a degree in Business Management including Human Resources Management. A native of Northern Virginia, he also enjoys biking, sailing, parks and all things creative. He is a big fan of the arts, music and loves a good drama or sci-fi story.
