Our spaces can accommodate anything from small intimate receptions to large events. The 1926 historic five-story, 60,000 square foot facility is fully wheelchair accessible and open to all.

Kay Community Hall

Standard: $1,000 / 3 hours, $350 additional hour
Includes basic tables and chairs, ceiling mounted LCD projector, pull down screen, basic mic and speakers, adjacent prep kitchen included for meal service as available. Additional sound tech is required for any complex A/V setups.
Cafritz Hall
1800 sqft, Retractable theater seating or open seating. 296 Capacity (Maximum)
Non-Profit: $800 / 3 hours
Standard: $1,000 / 3 hours, $350 additional hour
Includes basic mic and speakers, additional sound tech is required for any projection, use of movie screen, or theater speakers.
Aaron & Cecile Goldman Theater
(Individual Event)
2361 sqft, Fixed theater seating up to 240 guests. 291 Capacity (Maximum, including balconies)

Standard: $1,000 / 3 hours, $350 additional hour
Stage available forward of the current theater set (curtain can be drawn to cover sets), additional sound tech is required for any use of speakers, mics, and lighting beyond overhead lights.

Historic 16th Street Lobby

Meeting room opens up to lobby lounge which can be added as a private break area for an additional fee.
Salzberg Family Library
476 sqft, glass sliding doors open onto main lobby, included lounge furniture and tables or setup fee for flexible tables and seating.

Standard: $125 / hour with 2-hour minimum
