This trip is a unique opportunity to experience three days of theater-going with Artistic Director Hayley Finn and Managing Director David Lloyd Olson in wild and wonderful West Virginia. Enjoy bold and daring new plays at one of the top theater festivals in the world, plus exclusive conversations and behind-the scenes access to artists.
The trip includes:
- Tickets to five plays as part of CATF’s rotating repertory.
- Breakfasts at the award-winning Bavarian Inn and dinners at some of Shepherdstown’s top restaurants.
- Two nights in the Bavarian Inn in Shepherdstown.
- Discussions led by Artistic Director Hayley Finn and Managing Director David Lloyd Olson.
- The company of fellow theater lovers in a congenial, arts-filled setting.
Rates and Registration
Single Occupancy Rooms: $1,999 per person, Double Occupancy Rooms: $1,499 per person. Price is inclusive of fees.
50% Deposit per person due at time of registration. Final payment due by May 10, 2023.
Registration Details
Space is limited and reservations are first come, first served.
Trip must have a minimum of 10 guests to take place.

The price of the trip includes a two-night hotel stay, all theater tickets, two dinners and two breakfasts. This trip is priced as a package and cannot be pro-rated. Transportation to and from Shepherdstown, lunches, room service, alcoholic beverages, and any other personal charges are not covered.
Participants who cancel in writing before May 1, 2024, will be able to have all fees fully refunded. Participants who cancel in writing prior to June 30, 2024, will be able to have 50% of all fees paid refunded. No refunds will be given to participants who cancel after June 30, 2024.
Additional Information
Meals on the trip will not be certified kosher, but vegetarian options will be available. Participants who would prefer a Sabbath key and Sabbath elevator should please notify Ryan Muha at rmuha@theaterj.org
