Faster than a speeding bullet, more powerful than a locomotive, able to leap tall buildings in a single bound! This class is an exploration of how Jewish immigrants created the most famous superheroes in the world, a dialogue about superhero stories as a revolutionary response to current events, and a deep dive into how pop culture became our way to speak about the unspeakable.
