Synetic Theater’s The Immigrant

Theater J presents Synetic Theatre’s The Immigrant, a new project from Paata and Irina Tsikurishvili based on the 1917 silent cinema classic. Synetic expands upon this simple, comedic story about the arrival of a new immigrant in turn of the 20th-century New York, with all the trials, adventure, mishaps, and high hopes of the American immigrant journey. Before coming to Theater J, The Immigrant will premiere in Arlington at Thomas Jefferson Middle School Theater March 14-23.
