Getting Here and Parking
Theater J performs in the Aaron & Cecile Goldman Theater located inside the Edlavitch DC Jewish Community Center (EDCJCC): 1529 16th Street NW, Washington DC 20036. Please note that the entrance to the building is located on Q Street NW.
Parking
We are excited to offer LIMITED parking in our parking lot next to the building to season subscribers. These spots are first come first serve. Visit ParkMobile to reserve your spot for $20.00.
Several parking garages are available around the Edlavitch DCJCC, and we encourage patrons to reserve parking in advance. Theater J partners with ParkWhiz to find local parking options.
There are 8 designated 15 minute pick-up/drop-off spaces along Q Street (directly in front of the main entrance) available for use.
Street parking is extremely limited on the blocks surrounding the Edlavitch DCJCC. Street parking spaces are metered with varying time restrictions. Please refer to designated signage for specific parking privileges.
Public Transportation
Metro Rail:
Take the Red Line to Dupont Circle. Exit station at Q Street (North Entrance). Walk east along Q Street, crossing over Connecticut Avenue. The EDCJCC is located at the southeast corner of 16th Street and Q Street.
Metro Bus:
On 16th Street: S2 (stops directly in front of the building), S9 (stops one block from the building)
On 14th Street: 52, 54, 59
On P Street: G2
