When Yaki realizes who Bella is – a curly plumage, extremely valuable dove, and his sole inheritance – it is already too late. Yaki embarks with Bilal, his childhood friend, and their wives on a road trip between Israel and Palestine to bring Bella back.

A light-hearted adventure that reflects the complexity of Israeli political geography, Bella follows a grieving son chasing his only inheritance – an extremely rare and valuable bird.
A road trip that zigzags Israeli and Palestinian checkpoints has an unlikely group crashing a wedding, stealing cars, and racing against time to deliver the curly plumage dove to a beauty pageant in Jerusalem.
