If your submission fails to comply with these requirements, we will not be able to read it.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-columns-wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns row justify-content-between is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\" id=\"vradenburg\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column col-12 is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:41.6666667%\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trish Vradenburg Jewish Play Prize<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column col-12 is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:58.333333333333%\">\n<p><strong>The Theater J Trish Vradenburg Jewish Play Prize<\/strong>&nbsp;will award $15,000 to an established playwright in honor of a new play that celebrates, explores, and\/or struggles with the complexities and nuances of the Jewish experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Prize is dedicated to the memory of philanthropist, playwright, and Alzheimer\u2019s research advocate Trish Vradenburg, who served on Theater J\u2019s Council for 13 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plays must be submitted by a theatrical agent or artistic staff members of a professional theater company. We expect established playwrights to have had productions of their plays on Broadway, at major off-Broadway theaters, and\/or at multiple LORT theaters, or other markers of attaining significant accomplishments and\/or national attention as a playwright. Unproduced plays are eligible, as are plays professionally produced after July 2018 or currently scheduled for an NYC premiere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ABOUT TRISH VRADENBURG<br><\/strong>Trish Vradenburg served on Theater J\u2019s Council for 13 years. She was an accomplished playwright, author, comedy writer, journalist, and advocate.
