I go by Mimi, and besides my role as an executive assistant, I’m also a mom and I love to cook. Experimenting in the kitchen is my creative escape. Learning new things and tackling DIY projects keeps me sane and excited outside of work. I enjoy traveling, and learning new things doesn’t really matter what it is, I just like to be up to date. It’s a minor obsession at this point.
