Register now for our upcoming fitness class series with Spirit Club! This will be a private interactive class and we look forward to building a community together. In order to build this community, all participants will be invited to keep their cameras and microphones on so they can see and chat with each other.
Each week will be different, and class options will include yoga, Zumba, boxing, cardio, and more. All classes will offer multiple trainers leading variations of exercises so participants can do them seated or standing.
Participants are encouraged to stay on Zoom for an additional half hour after the 60-minute class to chat and catch up with their friends. We will offer different discussion topics each week.
